Per the terms of the agreement, Stoney has agreed to purchase Pivot’s suite of Ready-To-Infuse-Cannabis (“RTIC”) powderized products, including formulated capsules for targeted effects, bulk powder for baking additives, single serve stick packs and pet food supplements.
