Julio Rodarte, a man who served honorably in the US Marine Corps in 1969–1970 in the Republic of Vietnam, has completed his new book “Ask Not What I Have Done for My Country, Ask What My Country Has Done for Me”: a gripping and potent manuscript that accounts the significant events in the life of one individual who faces the injustices and the struggles that the world brings.
Julio writes, “I was inspired to write this book because of the injustice the VA has done on veterans. To the VA, we are just a number, and the people who work for the VA ignore our situation. We deserve to be treated as individuals and not as a number.”
Published by Newman Springs Publishing, Julio Rodarte’s true tale will let the readers have a clear picture of how the world runs from the point of view of someone who had his own share of troubles and tribulations. May everyone find some courage and strength from this journal.
Readers who wish to experience this excellent work can purchase “Ask Not What I Have Done for My Country, Ask What My Country Has Done for Me” at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iBooks Store, Amazon, or Barnes & Noble.
